Bancroft Public Library News: Our summer programming for kids is continuing until August 16th. "Dig Into Reading" with us! Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays @ 2:00; Wednesdays drop in between 10:00 and 1:00. We are also offering a FREE Youth Zentangle Workshop (for ages 8 and up) on August 13th from 4 - 5 PM. Space is limited, so please stop in at the library or call 854-7463 to sign up!
Did you know? We have free Wi-Fi at the library, seven computers available for public access, and we have a coin operated photocopy machine. We books and other materials to borrow, including DVDs and Blu-ray discs. If you can't find what you're looking for, we can most likely order it for you from another library in our system. You can even search our catalog online. Go to our website:

Our library website is a wealth of information! You can not only explore the library catalog, but there are also pages dedicated to online resources for kids and teens, plus you can access local historical information through our website, as well as the library system's databases for research, job searches, and more!

Chess Club meets on Saturdays from 10 AM - 1 PM. All skill levels are welcome, even beginners.
Meetings: Library trustees meet on the first Thursday of the month at 1 PM, but are taking a break for the months of July and August. Their next meeting will be on September 5.
